These offerings are early sprouts from Helix, a leadership school, community and systems-design lab. We’re devoted the full-bodied transformation of leaders as a means to transform self and society towards greater vitality.

75 minute coaching sessions on foot, to vision & untangle. Available weekly with Cristina in Topanga or Santa Monica. For founders, creatives, and leaders.

A 4 month virtual incubator for women creating a business, brain-child, or work of art. Embodiment, emergent strategy, sisterhood, and energetic support to bring it through. In your own way, on your own time. Be known and nudged, not alone.
