We have unrealized dreams, missions, and ambitions.
We do anything to bring them alive. Including contort, fragment, armor, and force ourselves in order to succeed. In the process, we lose touch with our wholeness—and with the essence of what we set out to create.
We’re here to model and map a new way. We restore women to fullness, because we believe that our full range multiplicity is the source of our power.
When centered in our authentic natures, we create, express, and lead more powerfully, because it’s from our soul’s truth rather than our fear.
Not a bro fest. Not a moon circle.
Metamorphosis.
Creatrix is an integrator. A 4-month program for women bringing a business, creative project, vision, or personal re-invention into the world.

2) The Problem & Opportunity
We’ve fragmented, forced, and fought to fit in out of perceived necessity. No more.
We send big compassion to the patterns that helped us survive. They look like:
Choosing to go it alone — or co-depedently
Chasing, competing with, and fighting against — especially with men
Abandoning our personal lives for the sake of our mission, of course
Forcing ourselves to do, meaning we’re overriding our body’s signals. Menstrual cycle loss, chronic stress, over-reliance on stimulants, disordered eating, autoimmune flares.
Trying to “fit into” systems, “play the game”, and “get accepted”
De-prioritizing what fills us up: joy, nourishment, and personal care
Too much sitting and too many screens
Forgetting to invite others in to help us
Believing we have limited resources — time, energy, money — without seeing allies and overflow
Systems meant to support creation — accelerators, venture studios, residencies, academia — often fail to recognize the complexity of women’s sacrifices, let alone help us with them.
We’re not here to critique. We’re here to offer a creative solution — and invite you in.
We believe support infrastructure for creation needs to:

Integrate wellbeing and embodiment into daily and monthly rhythms.
Respect our sovereignty, inner knowing, and connection to spirit.

2) The Offering
Creatrix: a woman with powerful creative force who brings new things into existence. The term is used to describe a woman with deep spiritual power who shapes her own life and the world around her through embodied, emergent, and creative processes.
You bring what’s emerging — and commit to becoming the woman who can steward it fully:

We’ll help you align on a tangible milestone (“the anchor”) that you want to reach by March 2026. From October to February, you’ll bring your vision — and the authentic, integrated version of yourself that will steward it — to life.

The Journey
Weekly curriculum is co-created and co-facilitated by Cristina Poindexter and Chelsea Didier — two women deeply practiced at weaving inner development with outer creation. Programming will integrate a weekly rhythm with monthly themes.

We begin by coming home to ourselves. Earth is the foundation. Without roots, nothing grows.This month is about slowing down enough to tell the truth—about our relationships, our vitality, our dreams, and our creations. We get real about what’s working and what’s not, so we can build lives and businesses that actually nourish us.
Together, we’ll tend to our bodies, nervous systems, and inner landscapes. We’ll dismantle the “I’m fine” syndrome, feel our feelings, and reclaim self-centeredness as sacred—not selfish.

Illuminate, Activate & Purge — with Holy Ferocity
Fire clears what no longer serves. This month, we burn through illusions, urgency, and inherited patterns that keep us stuck.Urgency is a trauma response. Together, we slow down to access deep presence and name the truths we’ve been avoiding—about our relationships, our grief, our anger, and our desires. This is messy, sacred work. It’s where liberation begins.
Fire invites us into bold, embodied expression. We claim our “holy ferocity” and illuminate the path ahead with fierce clarity.
We’ll work with and around the holidays - the way they trigger, invite us to celebrate, reflect, rest, and re-stoke our deepest desires.

Release suppressed emotions and hidden truths.
Access full-spectrum feminine power and embodied expression.
Clarify values and direction with courage and honesty.
Identify, begin, and simplify the most powerful routine actions that enable your creation to come into form
Practice self-advocacy, boundary-setting, and purifying what must go.
By the end of Fire, you’ll feel lighter, more truthful, and ready to create from your unfuckwithable center.

Nourish, Flow, Shapeshift
After the burn, we cleanse. Water is the season of purification and renewal. It’s about softening, replenishing, and flowing back into alignment. Here, we design the systems and practices that will sustain our vitality for the long term.This is where you become the well—the source of nourishment for your family, your community, and your creations. Together, we’ll craft sustainable, feminine-aligned rhythms for leadership and life.

Clarify how you want to lead—with flow, grace, and authenticity.

In our final month, we integrate everything we’ve unearthed and reborn.Ether is the space of spirit, where the seen and unseen meet. We dissolve the illusion of separation and lead from devotion—to our creations, our communities, and to the universal intelligence that flows through us.
This is where we take flight together, leaving with clarity, traction, and the felt knowing that you are never alone in your work or your life.

Deepen connection with spirit and intuition.
Integrate learnings into practical everyday leadership.
Launch your creations from alignment and support.
By the end of Ether, you’ll move forward resourced, attuned, and ready to lead a life that’s truly yours — with a tangible creation as proof that this system is more than some woo.

Cristina Poindexter
Cristina devotes her work to restoring leaders and systems to their authentic nature through integrity, embodiment, and aliveness. To do so, she weaves worlds of business, finance, technology, creativity, leadership, wellness, embodiment, and coaching.
Cristina has founded five companies: two venture-backed startups in brain and mental health, two consulting businesses, and most recently, Helix, within which Creatrix is a foundational offering. She currently offers services as a coach, advisor, and fractional executive to founders.
She brings tactical mastery from building and leading companies, as well as deep understanding of the personal transformations required along entrepreneurial journeys. She’s formed ventures, raised millions in venture capital, and created innovations within Techstars, M13 ventures, and Google’s innovation labs. She’s held CEO, COO, and CMO roles, led marketing and partnerships at Headspace, launched AI products at Google, and holds a B.A. in Sociology from Yale. And she’s experienced firsthand what it feels like to “fail” in choosing to walk away from what she’s built, towards deeper purpose and integrity.
Alongside her business career, Cristina has immersed herself in yoga, mindfulness, dance and movement arts for over 20 years. These have been training and healing grounds, influencing her foundational teachings across integrated, embodied, and emergent philosophies.
Today, Cristina stewards the emergence of Helix, an ecosystem devoted to re-designing leadership, businesses, and the economy centering human vitality, by integrating beyond systems of dominance, disconnection, and extraction. Chelsea Didier
Chelsea Didier is a psycho-spiritual coach, integrative somatic practitioner and interdisciplinary artist with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and groups in somatic reprogramming, personal transformation and embodied leadership.
She excels in supporting clients to ignite their Soul driven, God-led potential; clarifying core values, transmuting relational patterning and cultivating nervous system resilience through a blend of somatic inquiry, intuitive coaching, and embodied practices.
Her work spans across many applications including; mentorships, executive coaching, retreats, and large-scale events. For example (and not limited to) offering breath work, meditation, vocal toning, authentic movement and THE SPACE facilitation at Burning Man, Lightning in a Bottle, and The Ark with Jhené Aiko, corporate gatherings, etc.
Chelsea’s expertise incorporates trauma-informed facilitation, 1:1 mentorship, couples counseling, group mediation, medicine integration, nervous system mapping, mediumship and ceremonial curation.
Known for her integrative and grounded approach, Chelsea helps individuals and organizations deepen interdependent connection, foster resilience through attuned expression, and embody authentic, values-driven leadership.
